Director of Children's Ministries
Office: 770-942-4327, ext., 403
Michelle Naile was raised in Douglas County. She knew early on that she had a passion to work with children. Michelle graduated from The University of West Georgia in 2004 with a BS in Early Childhood Education and began her career in 2005. After 14 years as a classroom teacher, God opened the door for Michelle to continue to use her knowledge and experiences as the Children’s Director at Ephesus.
Michelle believes that in order to meet the needs of the developing child, she, and her team, must lead children through the love of God and the truth of His word. During ministry opportunities with the children of Ephesus, the focus of the team is to help children love God by inciting WONDER, love life by provoking DISCOVERY, and love others by fueling PASSION as outlined in Matthew 22:37-39. Michelle and the Children’s Ministry team are excited to work with each child and partner with each family they continue to help children “grow in wisdom, stature, and favor” (Luke 2:52).
Michelle and her husband, Brad have three amazing children. Brad and Michelle have spent many years working in ministry together. They believe in making a positive impact on young people in their community through building relationships and through their daily examples of living out a life of faith.
In her free time, Michelle can be found cheering on her favorite people as they coach, cheer, and play all types of ball! She also enjoys hiking in the mountains in the fall and playing on the beach in the summer.
