Worship Choir
What is it?
The Ephesus Baptist Church Worship Choir is our main choir, which leads worship most Sunday mornings with the Praise Band and Praise Team. The Worship Choir rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:45 in Modular Unit 1.
How do I get involved?
- The Worship Choir is open to all adults as well as 7th through 12th grade students.
- There are no vocal auditions. Simply try out a “no commitment” rehearsal on a Wednesday evening.

Praise Band
What is it?
The Ephesus Baptist Church Praise Band is the main band which leads every Sunday in corporate worship. This band consists of volunteers of intermediate to advanced skill who serve on a rotational basis. Currently, instrumentation consists of band piano, keyboards, acoustic and electric guitars, bass guitar, and drums. Praise Band rehearsals are Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 in the Worship Center.
How do I get involved?
- The Praise Band is open to all adults, and students who are serving on the Student Ministry Worship Team.
- An interview/audition is required.

Praise Singers
What is it?
The Ephesus Baptist Church Praise Singers consists of vocalists who lead every Sunday in corporate worship. The team is comprised of singers who have strong vocal skills with the ability to engage others in worship. The Praise Team rehearses with the Praise Band on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:00. When school is in session, the singers also meet at 5:45 to work on parts and learn new songs.
How do I get involved?
- To be a Praise Singer, you must be a member of the Worship Choir.

Unseen Technical Ministry
What is it?
People who serve on the Unseen Technical Ministry Team help run all the important “behind-the-scenes” things that make our corporate worship services more engaging. This includes sound, lights, video, word projection, etc.
How do I get involved?
- The Technical Ministry Team is open to all adults, and students with a recommendation from the Student Pastor.

C.R.E.W. 252
What is it?
C.R.E.W. 252 is our choir, drama, and technical arts team for children in kindergarten through 6th grade. C.R.E.W. 252 is an acronym for Create, Respond, Engage, and Worship. It is our desire to teach children about music and what it truly means to be a worshiper. Through C.R.E.W. 252 we are investing in the next generation and mentoring them in all the ways we praise God. C.R.E.W. 252 meets on Wednesday nights at 5:45 during the school year and participates in our Sunday morning worship at least once per month.
How do I get involved?
- Simply come to a Wednesday night rehearsal in Discovery 252 children’s area.
